Fox Tor Cafe is situated close to the centre of Princetown which boasts 3 pubs, 3 cafes, a local store/post office, the High Moorland Visitor Centre, library and prison museum!

Tavistock is the nearest town - approx 15 minutes drive away. Princetown is the ideal location for anyone wishing to spend time on Dartmoor - with so many activities right on the doorstep - walking, climbing, mountain biking and kayaking.

The bunkhouse can sleep up to 12 people in 3 rooms of 4 - bedding is not provided

Breakfast can be bought in the cafe.

This camp site is only a 5 min walk from the village of Guillestre and only 20 min’s drive to Briancon, its location is ideal for all the major rivers. The camp site is very clean and well priced. They can accommodate tents, motorhomes and caravans they have log cabins, static vans, bunk house type accommodation they also have a small apartment, so I think they have something for everyone?
With a supermarket and petrol station at one end of the road and the village with all the normal things you will need at the other end of the road, then the location for me gets 10 out 10.

I used these last year and when I broke my glasses on the first few days I asked them to help me sort out some replacements, but they said I had to carry on with my holiday and sort it out when I was back in the UK. No good to man nor beast if you need them to see.
